We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we serve local Brunswick Catch and fresh vegetables. We also serve Certified Angus beef and make our own dressings  and sauces and hushpuppies.  We purchase perishables in small quantities to assure quality and avoid waste.
